90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your DENSÏA order, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies even if the bottle has been opened and used. We stand behind the formula.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@densia.co with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief note on why you are requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping
You are not required to return the product to receive your refund. If a return is requested on our end, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@densia.co within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle with no penalty. To cancel, contact us at contact@densia.co with your order details.
Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day guarantee from the date of each individual delivery.
